Easy Advance Plus6	Choose the Easy Advance Plus option and offer loan amounts of $6,000, $4,500, $3,000, $2,000, $1,500, $1,000 or $500 based on the taxpayer’s net refund. Customers choose their loan amount and pay the associated Finance Charge. ERO pays same fees for all approved Easy Advances. Available to new and returning EROs.
Easy Advance Customer Pay7	$500 to $3,000 loan amounts based on the taxpayer's net refund. No charge to the ERO. Customers choose their loan amount and pay the associated Finance Charge.
preACK Easy Advance8	Offer an advance before e-file starts! Issue money to your approved customers at the beginning of January before the IRS even opens. Add-on to any Easy Advance program offered by your software.

Taxpayer Information	There is no underwriting or approval process with our new EASY100. Your eligible customers just need their tax return to be acknowledged by the IRS and they can receive this $100 no fee advance within minutes! ERO Information	Republic is the only bank offering this new option! ERO will opt-in on the TIC to participate in the program Participating EROs will forfeit Netspend prepaid card incentive(s) and RT Direct Deposit Standard Incentive(s) for each approved taxpayer.  RT Basic offices are not eligible to offer the EASY100 product

1. A Refund Transfer is a fee-based product offered by Republic Bank & Trust Company, Member FDIC. A Refund Transfer Fee and all other authorized amounts will be deducted from the taxpayer’s tax refund. Pricing and rebates vary by software.

2. An ERO office will receive a rebate of $10 for each Netspend Card, up to 10 (ten) cards, or $15 if the office volume is 11 (eleven) or greater, for all cards issued and funded by a Refund Transfer with at least $50 between January 1, 2024 - May 31, 2024 (the “promotional period”). This offer is from Republic Bank & Trust Company. Not all software providers participate in the rebate program. Netspend or Visa are not affiliated in any way with this offer and do not endorse or sponsor this offer.

All incentives calculated on May 31, 2024 and paid by June 30, 2024. Incentives are at the bank's discretion and dates are subject to change.

3. The Netspend Visa Prepaid Card is issued by Republic Bank & Trust Company, Member FDIC pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Netspend, is a registered agent of Republic Bank & Trust Company. This card may be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Card use is subject to activation, ID verification and funds availability.  Transaction fees, terms and conditions apply to the use and reloading of the Card Account. See the Cardholder Agreement at republictaxpayer.com/terms for details. Certain products and services may be licensed under U.S. Patent Nos. 6,000,608 and 6,189,787.

4. ERO offices that choose RT Basic are not eligible for rebates or any Easy Advance or EASY100 program.

5. ERO must be enrolled for Republic Bank's Refund Transfer Program to offer the Easy Advance programs. Cost to ERO per approved Easy Advance will be deducted from ERO tax preparation fees and cannot be passed to the taxpayer. If a customer does not choose a Refund Transfer, disbursement options are direct deposit or prepaid card. Net Refund refers to the taxpayer's expected refund amount after deduction of all fees. All information is as of September 2023 and is subject to change.

6. Easy Advance Plus losses in excess of 4% may result in forfeiture of ERO incentives.

7. Easy Advance Customer Pay losses in excess of 2% may result in forfeiture of ERO incentives.

8. There will be a charge to the ERO for each approved preACK Easy Advance.

9.  ERO must be enrolled for Republic Bank’s Refund Transfer Program to offer EASY100. There is no cost to the ERO per approved EASY100. However, incentives will be forfeited for each approved taxpayer. The IRS must acknowledge the tax return to fund. Please check with your software provider for availability. EASY100 will end on April 15, 2024.

10. EASY100 proceeds are typically available within 24 hours of IRS acceptance of tax return, however, if direct deposit is selected it may take additional time for the financial institution to post the funds to your account.
